WEBSITE LAUNCHES TO CONNECT MASSAGE THERAPISTS WITH CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES
Massage therapists seeking a complete list of continuing education opportunities and CE providers looking for a better way to advertise their classes now have a new website designed as a resource in the field for connecting bodyworkers with further training.
Massage therapist, Zach Brown, recently launched Massage CE Directory (www.massagececlasses.com) as a solution to a challenge he faced early in his own career.
“As a new massage therapist, I began to miss the rich, stimulating environment of school and quickly grew frustrated with the lack of options for finding CE classes,” Brown said. “Print directories were limited and online resources seemed to only focus on online CE classes. There was no comprehensive directory to search for massage CE classes by subject or location. That frustrated me.”
Believing that access to quality and affordable education is critical to the professional development of massage therapists and the industry as a whole, Brown created Massage CE Directory to provide a service for massage therapists and bodyworkers seeking local CE classes and for massage CE providers needing a better way to market their classes.
“Our goal is to connect massage therapists with quality and affordable CE classes, with minimal effort from them or the CE provider,” Brown said.
Each directory listing will offer detailed information about the class and instructor(s), as well as include optional photos, videos, maps and links to the CE providers website and social media accounts. The directory is also fully-optimized for search engine visibility, social media integration, and email distribution. Students can search local CE classes on-demand and opt-in to receive updates through social media and email. CE providers simply publish their class offerings in one location and get to focus on their students and curriculum. Business listings are also available for CE providers and massage schools.
CE providers that sign up early will benefit from reduced rates, as introductory pricing is available for a limited time. Current prices range from $5 (to list a single class for six months) to $40 (to list five classes for 12 months), with several other options in between. Visit www.massagececlasses.com/submit-class to learn more about pricing and submit a class.
Additional discounts are available by participating in a brief survey to provide feedback on massage continuing education. Visit http://bit.ly/2016MassageCESurvey to take the survey and receive a coupon code.
